Welcome to RealtyReady, a product of DizzyDnet ("we," "us," or "our"). RealtyReady is a mobile application that helps aspiring real estate professionals prepare for their state-specific licensing exams across all 50 U.S. states.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using RealtyReady, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Display name or username
  • Profile photo (optional)
  • Selected state for exam preparation
  • Authentication credentials (managed securely via Supabase Auth)

2.2 Study & Usage Data

As you use the app, we collect data related to your study activity, including:

  • Quiz scores, answers, and completion history
  • Flashcard progress and review intervals
  • Study streaks and time spent studying
  • Trophies and achievements earned
  • Bookmarked questions and terms
  • Leaderboard rankings and points

2.3 Device & Technical Information

  • Device type, operating system, and version
  • App version
  • Push notification token (Expo Push Notifications)
  • Unique device identifiers
  • Crash logs and performance data

2.4 Subscription & Purchase Data

  • Subscription plan (Free, Pro Monthly, or Pro Lifetime)
  • Purchase history and transaction identifiers (managed via RevenueCat)
  • Referral codes used or generated

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide the Service: Deliver state-specific exam prep content, track your study progress, and personalize your learning experience.
  • Track Progress: Calculate scores, maintain study streaks, award trophies, and generate performance analytics.
  • Manage Subscriptions: Process purchases, manage your subscription tier, and handle the referral reward program.
  • Send Push Notifications: Deliver study reminders, streak alerts, achievement notifications, and important account updates.
  • Leaderboard & Social Features: Display your username and score on leaderboards to foster community engagement.
  • Referral Program: Track referral codes, validate referred signups, and credit rewards to qualifying accounts.
  • Improve the App: Analyze aggregate usage data to fix bugs, improve content, and develop new features.
  • Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve issues.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers, solely to operate and improve RealtyReady:

  • Supabase — Cloud database hosting, user authentication, and row-level security (RLS) for data storage.
  • RevenueCat — Subscription management and in-app purchase processing across iOS and Android.
  • Expo (Push Notifications) — Delivering push notifications to your device.
  • Apple App Store & Google Play Store — Processing in-app purchases and managing app distribution.

Each third-party provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies for additional information.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

  • HTTPS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
  • Row-Level Security (RLS): Supabase RLS ensures that users can only access their own data at the database level.
  • Supabase Auth: Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with secure token management, password hashing, and session handling.
  • Access Controls: Administrative access to systems and data is limited to authorized personnel only.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Push Notifications

RealtyReady uses Expo Push Notifications to send you study reminders, streak notifications, achievement alerts, and important account updates.

Opt-Out: You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings or within the app's notification preferences. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the app.

7. Leaderboard & Social Features

RealtyReady includes a leaderboard that displays usernames and scores. By participating in the leaderboard, you consent to your display name and score being visible to other users.

If you prefer not to appear on the leaderboard, you may opt out through your account settings. Opting out will hide your profile from public rankings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance).

9. Children's Privacy

RealtyReady is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete that information.
